Our company is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide assistance and manage projects from start to finish and ensure that they are completed as required. As the Administrative Assistant you will communicate warmly and professionally with all clients via the phone and maintain an organized office. You will be working in an office environment that requires solid computer skills. The successful candidate needs to be someone who is professional, reliable, and dependable.

This position is located in Bushnell, Florida. Office hours are generally from 8:00 to 5:30 PM.

Required Skills:

• Admin. Assistant experience preferred
• Experience with Data Entry/Recordkeeping/ AP/AR/Payroll
• QuickBooks experience a plus but not necessary.
• Interpersonal skills to liaise with various clients and team members
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office software and email
• Very detail oriented and organized. Able to multitask & maintain an organized office environment
• Team player mentality and capable of working with different tasks in different environments
• For office located in Bushnell, Florida.
• Part-time Position
• Starting $11 to $12 hourly
