We at MD Appliance Service believe in innovation and the continued expanse of the quality of life. But who is willing to upgrade to a $3000.00 French door refrigerator or a $1200.00 front load washer if they cant get their products fixed when they break down after a hurricane ? That's were we come in. These people need there appliances, they need us. We are looking for driven individuals with the will to face modern problems head on, the serenity to engage in team efforts for the greater good and the humility to understand that though we are needed, we are but here to serve others.

On the job training is provided to help build the fallowing desired skills.

Front desk call taking (We do not have a store front and are a service company.)

Being the voice of MD Appliance Service to our customers.

Reading and sorting E-mails.

Logging onto various affiliated companies online portals to take down job information.

Logging said information into our own database system.

Learning and becoming proficient with said online portals and database systems.

Arranging jobs into routes for the techs to perform their labors.

Managing said routs as needed when situations change.

Handle incoming physical mail.

Working well with the other 2 office staff to insure that operations run smoothly.

Operating credit card machine and providing logistical support for techs in the field.

With acquisition of these skills, more pay per hour will become available. Mastery of these and other skills will lead to further pay raises and promotions. Starting pay will be at $10.00 per hour, sub contractor.
