Job Description We are a locally family owned and operated Storage Facility looking for an Assistant Property Manager. You do not need previous experience but you do need an "I Can Do it Attitude!" If you are a professionally minded person who likes to provide an excellent customer service experience then this is the job for you! Daily Duties Customer Service Assisting current tenants with payments, answering questions, etc. Tenant Inquiries Working with potential tenants, answering questions, showing units, leasing the unit, lease agreements etc. Taking Payments Follow up with Previous Inquiries/Leads Collections Documenting Conversations, Follow-ups, Etc. Maintaining the Cleanliness of the Property/Office Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting Miscellaneous projects for the Property Manager This position is for 32 hours a week, working Saturdays.
