JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Administrator II in the Department of Revenues Child Support Program. This position directly manages a team of 9 operational staff. The incumbent will work with the Service Center Manager to develop, implement and monitor operational plans. Communicate the strategic planning process to team members so that all levels understand the benefits derived from focused strategic initiatives to achieve the top performance for the customers served. Provide the Service Center Manager with recommendations for aligning resources. Determine resource needs and shift available resources to ensure the highest level of productivity. Analyze existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions. Provide leadership and direction to service site team members, lead team based processes in a medium site. Function as administrator, coach and advisor to team members. Provide on:the:job training to team members.

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
One year of experience managing a process, to include: operational or tactical planning, organizing, performance analysis, coordinating, reporting and budgeting.
One year of experience supervising staff, to include: motivating, mentoring, counseling, professional development and directing subordinates.
One year of experience working in the Child Support Program.
One year of experience performing personnel management/human resource functions such as hiring, performance reviews, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Experience in building positive relationships
Experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, correspondence, conflict resolution) to a diverse internal and external audience.
Experience in leading and building teams.
