Florida based National Insurance Company is seeking an experienced part-time to possible full-time appointment setter for our Telemarketing Department to make outbound sales calls in order to increase our local business. This is a Telephone Sales position with the goal of generating new business leads.
Candidate must commit to working AT LEAST 10-20 hours per week and will be responsible for calling potential customers, engaging them in conversation, providing information regarding our company and services, and setting up meetings with one of our local benefit coordinators. The calls are NOT cold calls. They are warm leads who inquired about our services.
Compensation: paid per appointments set and bonus potential
Essential Duties:
*Generating appointments with potential clients with provided WARM leads.
*Greet customers over the phone, introduce self and company; answer any questions potential customer may have about the company.
*Provide information regarding the services we provide.
*Keep records of calls to get paid and track for bonuses
*Secure sales appointments and manage lead follow-up.
*Experience with Google Calendar.
*Solid computer skills...working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Google, etc.
*Excellent verbal and written skills
*Must be an outstanding communicator.
*Must possess exceptional "people skills" to deal with all levels of people conversations.
*Follows direction well.
*Strong Organizational skills to ensure proper follow-up.
